Otherworld Theatre, a company founded and led by Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department alumni, has extended its hit production of Twihard! A Twilight Musical Parody. The show, co-written and directed by Columbia College alum Tiffany Keane Schaefer ’12, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s Theatre Directing program, now runs through March 24. Schaefer, who is also the show’s set, costume, and props designer, founded Otherworld Theatre in 2012 as a company dedicated to developing and producing theatrical entertainment in the science fiction and fantasy genres.
Jake Ganzer
Columbia College alum Jake Ganzer’15, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Musical Theatre, is the production’s choreographer. And Will Donovan, a student in the Columbia College Theatre Department’s Theatre Design and Technology BA program, is the show’s lighting designer.
Otherworld has also announced dates for its 10th annual Juggernaut Film Festival. This weekend event celebrating science fiction and fantasy films and filmmakers from around the world will take place April 19 through 21 at Otherworld. For tickets and more information, click here.
