Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department alum Kevin Wiczer ’05, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Acting, directs the musical Xanadu, running July 13 through August 13 at Metropolis Performing Arts Centre, located at 111 W. Morgan Schoenecker

The show’s cast includes Columbia College alum Morgan Schoenecker ’22, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BFA Program in Musical Theatre Performance.

The 2007 musical, based on the 1980 film of the same name, concerns a Greek goddess who travels to contemporary California, where she inspires a street artist to create a roller disco.
