Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department alumni are in the cast and production team of Shakespeare’s Hamlet, produced by the Invictus Theatre Company October 21 through November 21 in the company’s new venue at 1106 W. Thorndale in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood (the space formerly known as The Frontier).
Columbia College alums Kevin Rolfs ’17 and Isaac-Jay Pineda ’19, both graduates of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Theatre Design, are the show’s set/props and costume designers respectively. Columbia College alum Glenn Thompson ’14, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Acting with a Minor in Stage Combat, is the production’s violence/intimacy designer.
