Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department Alums Bring ‘Stick Fly’ to Writers Theatre through March 15

Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department alumni are on the creative team of Stick Fly, running through March 15 at Writers Theatre, located at 325 Tudor Court in the northern Chicago suburb of Glencoe. This production of Lydia Diamond’s family drama, which opened February 12, features lighting design by Columbia College alum Claire Chrzan ’11, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s Theatre Design program; fight choreography by Columbia College alum Sam Hubbard ’12, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BFA Program in Acting; and intimacy direction by Tristin Hall ’18, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Musical Theatre with a Stage Combat Minor. Hall also did the intimacy choreography for Shakespeare’s The Comedy of Errors, running through February 29 at Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, located at Navy Pier, 800 E. Grand on Chicago’s lakefront.
