Columbia College Chicago Theatre Alums Bring Silent Theatre’s Comedy ‘Keep Your Guard Up, Smitty Harbinger’ to the Den Theatre July 19-22

The Silent Theatre Company, an ensemble founded and led by Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department alumni, presents the world premiere of Keep Your Guard Up, Smitty Harbinger, written and performed by Tim Campos.

The show is directed by Columbia College alum Tonika Todorova ’02, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Theatre. The set designer is Columbia College alum  Grant Sabin ’05, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s Theatre Design program and now a faculty member in that program.

The show runs July 19 through 22 at the Den Theatre, 1331 N. Milwaukee, in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood. It’s described as “an uproarious, hour-long physical storytelling comedy that is too funny for words.
