Sangster, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Theatre Design, is the show’s lighting designer; Meeks, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Musical Theatre, is the sound designer. The show runs July 14 through 22 at The Center on Halsted, 3656 N. Halsted, in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. Tickets are $20 or pay-what-you-can; for tickets, call 773-784-8565 or click here.

In a world of disappearing protections and increased violence against LGBTQ+ youth across the country, this ensemble-devised work tackles the topic of anxiety through a horror lens, serving up a collection of real-life stories of survival, resistance, and victory against the dark side.
