Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department alumni Ryan Jendrycki ’14, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Acting, and Emma Jo Schumacher ’11, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Musical Theatre, are featured in 26 Presents: Net-Flix and Kill, the third round of the late-night sketch series 26, running September 30-October 28 at the Pride Arts Center, 4139 N. Broadway, in Chicago. Inspired by the “ABC’s of Death” horror anthology, 26 showcases 26 short sketches, each represented by a different letter of the alphabet. Guest writers have been randomly assigned a letter for which they chose a word that begins with that letter to serve as the title of their sketch. The result is an evening of sketch comedy, dance, music, poetry, and experimental theatre performed by a 10-person cast, giving audiences a night that tackles anything from A to Z. In addition to Schumacher and Jendrycki, the company includes Columbia alum Carolyn Plurad ’14, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BFA Program in Musical Theatre Performance, as an understudy.

Performances are Saturdays at 10:30 PM. Tickets are $10. For tickets, call 800-737-0984 or click here.
