Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department alumni are featured in the Chicago premiere of a new version of Saturday Night Fever, the stage adaptation of the 1977 motion picture. Running January 19-March 19 at Drury Lane Theatre in the Chicago suburb of Oakbrook Terrace, the production features Columbia College alums Allyson Graves ’12, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BFA Program in Musical Theatre Performance, and Michael Samarie George ’16, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Acting, in the ensemble. Graves is also the understudy for the show’s female lead, Stephanie. And Danielle Jackman ’15, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Musical Theatre, is the show’s female swing.
