Are you an aspiring entrepreneur looking to start or grow your business? This grant is for you!

Whether you’re starting over or starting from scratch, Incfile wants to be there to help your business succeed. One adult entrepreneur will receive $2,500 to put toward business startup costs and will also receive free formation services from Incfile.

Recipient Receives

  • Incorporation services in your state (your state incorporation fee included)
  • $2,500 to put towards business startup costs
  • Registered Agent service for one year
  • Annual reporting for the first year of your business
  • Incfile’s tax accounting bundle
  • Google My Business setup, if applicable
  • An EIN number

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must be a U.S. resident
  • Must be planning to start a new business or grow an existing business in a significant way

How to Apply

  • Complete online application
  • Create a short, 2-minute video telling us how entrepreneurship will impact your life
  • Submit sample business plan
