The Columbia College Chicago Library remembers legendary photographer Art Shay with this blog repost from 2014.  At that time, the Museum of Contemporary Photography and the Library collaborated with Mr. Shay on the exhibit, My Florence featuring photographs taken of his beloved wife Florence Gerson during their 70 years together.  The book, My Florence was published in 2015 by Seven Stories Press.

Art Shay passed away on Saturday April 28, 2018 at age 96.
