Faculty – Great News! The Moodle Reading List Builder plug-in has been installed and is ready for you to use. This easy-to-use tool will allow you to quickly create weekly reading lists for your Moodle Classes. The Reading List Builder connects you to Library Resources and will automatically generate an annotated Reading List built with permanent, unbreakable links to your resource selections.

Or simply follow these easy step-by-step instructions to get started:
- Navigate to your Moodle Class and Turn on Editing
- Pick the week or topic and click on Add an Activity or Resource
- Choose External Tool and click on the ADD button
- Type in the Activity Name (something like Reading List) and use the drop-down menu to select Reading List Builder
- Click Save and return to course to go back to your main course page or Save and Display to start adding your Reading List items right away
- To start adding resources to your reading list, click on Click for Readings
- Conduct your keyword, author or title search .
- Add the titles you want to use by clicking the Add to Reading List button
- Review your list. Add external URLs or other resources and arrange the items in the correct sort order. Update and Save when complete.
