This site-specific exhibition, in an unused, elegantly decayed balcony of Uptown’s Peoples Church, features 14 local artists’ responses to the essence of this historic architectural space dating back to1925. Highlighted as part of Chicago Artists Month and conceived and organized by A&AH Department faculty Sherry Antonini and Interdisciplinary Arts Program alum Eden Unluata, the exhibition features the work of several A&AH artists, including fellow faculty Mimi Schaer, Mel Potter, Niki Nolin, Bryan Saner, and Jason Geistweidt. Work by Interdisciplinary Arts Program alums Teresa Pankratz, Kelli Cousins and Pate Conoway and current graduate program students Hannah Batsel and Viktor Ewing is also featured.
