2014 alumna and movement and new media artist Megan Pitcher will install a new iteration of her work Breakwall (originally commissioned by Dance in the Annex  and developed through the InterArts Sound as Art Material course). Pitcher’s piece will be installed in an abandoned house site as part of the Rumsey Street Project by the Site:Lab venue.

The project is partially funded by one of ArtPrize 2015 25 seed grants. This is the second year of ArtPrize’s Artist Seed Grants, funded by the Frey Foundation.

“Each grant, chosen by a panel of experts, is awarded to help fund ambitious and challenging entries in ArtPrize Seven,” explains Jeffrey Kaczmarczyk with MLive.
