Faculty Member Julia Goodman and thesis-year student Amy Leners will both be exhibiting work in (This is Ourselves) Under Pressure!, an exhibition in conjunction with the Friends of Dard Hunter and American Printings History Association‘s joint annual conference Paper on the Press, which will be in San Francisco, California between October 16-18, 2014.

Lener’s work, residue, operates as a record of a durational performance in which she took rubbings of the footprint of her burned down house on handmade paper. The book contains both the original rubbings as well as photo documentation of the performance.

The reception for This is Ourselves) Under Pressure will be held at the 1890 bryant street studios from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday October 17.
