Saturday, June 21, from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.,  look for second-year students Mary Clare Butler and Kelly Schimdt at the Sulzer Regional Library at 4455 Lincoln Ave, where they will be conducting a DIY papermaking workshop. In her first year of studies, Butler received an AIKO grant to complete this project, which is associated with the People’s Library, who held workshops in March 2014 in the CBPA as part of Zinefest.

Butler will also be holding a workshop on June 28 at the Sulzer Library that will focus on Bookbinding. The June workshops run by Butler in Chicago are free and open to the public, though space is limited so reservations are advised.
