Thesis Year MFA Part of Crew for Film Department MFAs

Summer feels far away, but an exciting project that was completed only a few months ago will bring back thoughts of warmer weather. Over this past summer, InterArts Media MFA Greg Browe was the lead animator for a new student film produced and directed by two grad students in the Filmmaking Department. The new work, called Deep Ship, is the MFA thesis project of Leah Shaheen and Anastasia Basche. The film has it’s inaugural screening this Saturday, November 16, in Film Row Cinema, at 1104 South Wabash, 8th floor, as part of a two-day event.
