InterArts Student Performance This Sunday!

FAULT LINES: a private event for Links Hall featuring the current work of Greta Bach

A performance by Greta Bach will be the main feature at a fundraiser for Links Hall this weekend. The event will be hosted from 6:00–8:00 p.m. this coming Sunday, September 22, by Maggie Kast in her home on Chicago’s north side, which is accessible via public transportation (Irving Park Brown Line stop or Irving Park 80 bus). Space is limited, so those wishing to attend must RSVP by Sept. 20 to gretaabach@gmail.com.

The presentation will be followed by an introduction to Links Hall and its mission, and a request for support for this alternative nonprofit performance space. Says Greta about her work, “Fault Lines seeks to remind participants and viewers of the familial gatherings of their childhoods. It’ss a piece about vulnerability; the willingness to examine the wounds of the past in order to move towards a happier, healthier future. My intention is to have Fault Lines pull the audience through a process; they become witnesses of an attempt at metamorphosis, as well as companions on a journey of healing.”
