Multimedia arts space in Logan Square is looking for a detail-oriented intern/gallery assistant for spring/summer of 2013.

We are offering course credit and are only seeking applications from those students who are currently enrolled.

Gallery assistant will have the opportunity to work closely with the gallery staff, curators and artists on a wide variety of projects for the 2013 event calendar. Responsibilities will include: helping with installations, management of the image and press archives, social media projects, updating the CS email database, and general venue upkeep. An interest in event photography is a plus.

Skills & Qualifications: Ideal candidate will have a passion for the arts as well as strong organizational skills, a professional manner, and an interest in arts administration.

This is a part-time position for our project space for 5-10 hours a week.
