Drawing with Fire: An Exhibition of laser cutting by book and paper artists

Artwork that utilises laser cutting in paper and/or the book form.
As part of the practice-led AHRC funded research project ”Paper Models: investigating laser cutting technology to develop new artists’ books and paper-based creative practice for arts, crafts and design” and to coincide with a one-day symposium, there will be an exhibition of laser cut artwork for which expressions of interest are invited.
Please note that any works are submitted at the risk and responsibility of the artist. Venues cannot be held responsible for any artwork that is damaged, lost or stolen either in transit to or from, in storage or in situ at the venue. There is no insurance for this exhibition. Transport of work to UWE for the first exhibition is at the cost of the artist.
