Reminder: Dialogue Exhibition open through 2/4

If you haven’t already, take the trip down to Co-Prosperity Sphere to see IRUS Art’s Dialogue exhibition. First-year MFA student Morehshin Allahyari curated this exhibit featuring collaborative work created by Iranian and American artists…

A question many of us face when working through concept to creation is determining where—in the end—is the actual work of art? Perhaps more a curatorial than artistic question, it shows how working in interdisciplinary and collaborative forums calls us to serve both roles.

The IRUS exhibit calls this question front and center, exposing the very real dialogue conjured by an intrigue of concept, process, and purpose… and whether this was effectively communicated through the “art.”
