ARTIST RECEPTION: FRIDAY MAY 15, 4-7PM
The Interdisciplinary Arts Department is proud to announce the upcoming 2009 Thesis Exhibition which will feature the work of 22 thesis candidates from the three graduate programs in the department. The show will run from April 24th through May 21, 2009 with performances on select afternoons and evenings, detailed below. This exhibition features artwork by Scott Beahm, Lessa Bouchard, Erin Cramer, Misty DeBerry, Lauren DuBeau, Jasmine Greer, Ken Gerleve, Jennifer Halman, Katie Haviland, Laura Hobson, Amy Jacobs, Brandy LaChapelle, Gianina Lockley, Karen Louis, Annie Perry, Matthew Pierce, Robert Possehl, Erin Rehberg, Joseph Riley, Marian Runk, Karol Shewmaker and Stacey Stormes.
The 2009 Thesis Exhibition will be presented in two locations on the Columbia College Campus: the galleries at the Center for Book and Paper Arts, 1104 South Wabash, 2nd floor, and the Gallery and Theater at 618 South Michigan, 2nd Floor. Nineteen installation works and three theater-based performances will comprise the show.
