Entrepreneurship Venture Team Project Winners Announced!

The winner of the Fall 2015 Entrepreneurship venture team competition is the Muse Zipper Bracelets venture group from Andy Park’s class. The winning team included: Jessica Kovar (CEO), Jacquelyn Rubik (CCO), Cameron Wiggins (CMO), Erin Doody (CMO), Emily Ward (CFO), and Cristy Moreon (COO). They sold stylish bracelets fabricated from zippers to the tune of $965.00. Overall, (and once again) Andy’s class grossed the most proceeds from all sections. The winning team received 50% of their venture profits, and the remainder goes to the Clark Greene Entrepreneurship Scholarship.

Additionally, there were two winners of the E-Commerce project, the culminating contest of the Entrepreneurship Online course. They are: Yvette Candelas and Rachel Robianes. At the conclusion of Week 14 their websites yielded the highest amount of points in the areas of content, functionality and design. These students created a functional website that communicates product value and connects with the target audience in a diligent fashion. The E-Commerce project winners will receive complimentary web hosting for 6 months via Weebly. View the winning websites here:
