Applications are now available for the summer edition of our pilot program, the Alumni Studio Access Award. The award provides studio access for art or research projects to graduates of the Book and Paper/Interdisciplinary Arts MFA programs.

This is open to ALL graduates of the Interdisciplinary Arts MFA program!

A single residency will be available this summer between June 26–July 6, 2012, with 10–15 hours per week of studio access.

The call for proposals is officially open, and the submission deadline is June 4. Applicants will be notified of the final decision by June 8. Artists will be selected based on the quality or feasibility of their submitted project proposals.

In addition to an application, applicants must submit a written proposal of 200-500 words. Judging criteria will include quality of concept and artistic merit, appropriateness to studio(s), demonstrated need of the Center’s facilities, and applicant’s record of proper studio use.
