Human Resources takes a 360
Coming this spring Managing Human Resources will present a 360 degree look at the human resources process. The course will take a new look at Human Resources both from the applicant’s perspective as well as from the manager’s perspective. It will also look at how a company interviews, presents its jobs, and how you present yourself to perspective employers and shine during an interview. The course will further examine how employers determine the skills, knowledge and abilities they seek as well as what you will need to pursue your career goals. To further support students the course will partner with the Portfolio Center making it easy to access all of their resources. This class will prepare you to get hired in the marketplace so you can become the hiring manager!
